A 6-week special series beginning Sept 19 at Project Yoga Richmond
Swadyaya, one of the vows taken by yogis, asks that we continually meditate on the self. Fortunately there are road maps for examining self to be be found in root texts such as Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita, The Upanishads, Hatha Yoga Pradipka and Narada’s Bhakti Sutras. Led by ERYT 500 yoga teacher and psychotherapist Izzy Shurte join us as we create a sangha (community) to collectively explore excerpts from root yogic texts through asana, meditation and group discussion.
